Can I switch from one Continucare Medical Center to another? We realize that at times it may be more convenient to have your primary care physician located closer to you place of work or home. How do I know what center is right for me? Some of us prefer to have our primary care physician close to our home while others prefer to have them close to our place of work. With our vast network, we have you covered either way you choose. How can I choose a Primary Care Physician at my Medical Center? When you pick Continucare as your medical care giver, you have the option of selecting your own doctor in your chosen medical center. Will I always see my chosen physician? When you choose Continucare as your medical care giver and you have selected a personal physician, you will always see this doctor under regularly scheduled appointments. Should you need non-emergency medical care and your doctor is not available then one of our other qualified physicians will take care of your needs.
