Hours of Operation:
Our medical center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our physicians are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Take the Turnpike to 216th Street Exit. Go to S.W. 211 Street, make a right. Go past two traffic lights, the Continucare medical center is located on the left side.
