Our pledge to healthcare excellence is underscored by

The Continucare Physician Leadership Award
The Physician Leadership Award is given periodically to Continucare physicians who consistently provide
exceptional care to patients, show a deep understanding and respect for patient needs and foster an environment of
teamwork and collaboration amongst our staff. Last year's overall Physician of the Year was Dr. Leon Martinez, pictured to
the left. This year's Leadership Award winners include Dr. Araceli Quevedo and Dr. Alexander Lopez-Alvar.
