Renovations to our Medical Center at
Westchester are completed and
include a 50% expansion to 15,000 square
feet. This facility services more than 2,000
patients, making it the fourth largest in our
network in terms of patient volume.

With 18 medical centers located throughout Miami-Dade,
Broward and Hillsborough counties, we believe "old-fashioned"
customer service and state-of-the-practice medical care go
hand-in-hand.
Medicaid Eligibility Application Centers at Continucare
Continucare now offers Medicaid eligibility application access
at select medical centers throughout South Florida with full-time
staff members dedicated to helping patients apply for or re-
certify their eligibility for Medicaid benefits.
Walk-In Services Available at Select Locations
Our Continucare walk-in centers are a convenient and affordable
alternative to traditional healthcare providers. Located within
select medical centers throughout Miami-Dade County, we
treat most common illnesses in a quick, convenient, and
patient-friendly setting.
